I’ve been going to restorative Yoga with Judy for several weeks now. I had no idea what to expect when I started. But from day 1 I was hooked. I could not get over how great I felt beginning the following day after a fantastic sleep. The healing bowls add a whole new dimension as well. Great job Judy!
