Earthing

Earthing is the practice of sitting, standing or walking barefoot in the grass, soil, sand or concrete (conductive surfaces that can draw the Earths energy into your body).

Our lives have changed so much in the last few decades that we have lost our connection to the earth. Our pain and disease rates are soaring and we don’t know what to do about it.

The science of earthing (grounding) is quite new but is showing promise. After 8 weeks of sleeping grounded the test subjects found:

1) The practice of earthing is showing a significant reduction of pain and inflammation rates.

2) It has been shown that sleeping grounded reduces cortisol levels which reduces stress in test subjects. To have normal cortisol levels helps to control blood sugar, regulates metabolism and improves memory.

3) Circulation improves which helps in the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to the tissues in your body.

It’s not always possible to practice this amazing technique (weather could be a factor) however when the opportunity arises I highly recommend it.
